Supervisions communication from all levels is lacking, even with their mandatory leadership training for all "supervisors" is just" ____: a new way to communicate" Micromanagement or over communicating from all levels of Corp on the wrong items hinder work flow of all associates. Utilizing "leased labor" aka ABM to show lower employee numbers for investors. Lack of follow through to fix issues on the floor for with labor force. Exiting CEO spent millions on programs that reverted back to 2016 standards in less than 2 years. Keeping everything so secret that managers down to line workers don't know what will happen in 6 months, let alone 6 weeks or 6 days.
