Much of the engineering staff at the company is motivated and friendly. Most middle management is highly skilled and knows what needs to be done.
Cons
Most upper management has been in their positions too long and is too focused on finding blame in other teams rather than finding ways to deliver solutions to the company. They lack pragmatism and a clear vision and spend most of their effort trying to keep their jobs.
