You'll never get a day off unless you schedule a vacation. They don't care that you are home for 8 hours to get adequate sleep. I've worked 16+ hour shifts and been back in in less than 8 hours. It's loud inside the factory, and they don't regulate the temperature inside. So whatever temperature it is outside, is the temperature inside. It gets extremely hot during the summer time because there's 2 huge ovens inside the building. You can't have your cell phone on you at all, so don't ever have any emergencies. Once you clock in you are not allowed to leave the building until you clock out to go home, aside from their designated smoking area which is fenced in.
