Pros
The pay was decent if you're fortunate enough to get it, charge backs and hidden costs are extremely common.
Cons
Your only independent when it's convenient for the company otherwise they give you the same amount of freedom as the residents of North Korea, get used to constant threats and harassment no sleep or family time. After years of torment and stress I had no other choice but to walk away and let sales managers continue to destroy the company from the inside out.
