Pros
good money, thats pretty much it .
Cons
Poor Management this companies transition after buying back all the routes has been horrendous they don’t properly train new people. All they do is put you in a truck with someone who doesn’t want to train you. you’re just constantly told to not mess anything up cause it’s “my paycheck”. then after a very short 4 weeks they throw you in a truck and make you liable for their overordering on your route, knowing full well your new, expecting you to retain 20 years of experience in a 4 week period . Your not alowed to make mistakes. my las week of training , they switched me routes 4 days till i was on my own , and the “trainer” just nitpicked me and intimated and degraded me and threatened my job if i made mistakes. The expectations at this company are unbelievable …very disorganized. no work life balance working 16-17 hours a day while trying to learn on your own. Managers speak to you very inappropriately and unprofessional.
