Pros

Very strong safety culture here. Good team environment in that there are often events being planned. Extensive use of performance metrics and data. Internal advancement seems straight forward.

Cons

Current position does not include generally relevant engineering experience. Not able to work on large scale projects.

Great culture and exciting goals.

Cons

Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
