      Pros

      The company has good executive leadership and is heading in a good direction. It is clear to see what the top down values are within the company.

      Cons

      Larger companies can be difficult to make changes in quickly. Also, I feel we could do better at holding leaders and employees in general accountable. Internal leadership development is lacking.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
