Pros
In my experience, if you're looking for camaraderie, it can be found out on the shop floor. There you can find real genuine, authentic people who enjoy what they do. I have nothing but top-tier respect and admiration for the people working in the shop, especially the shop floor management.
Cons
If you're looking for a workplace where you can come into work everyday and just simply do your job, look elsewhere. This facility is in despair, and anybody working there will not hesitate to tell you that. For such a small office, nobody has any respect for one another and they're not afraid to hide it. Harassment, gaslighting, arrogance, condescension, and bullying. All of these things run rampant with blatant efforts of retaliation for those that dare speak up. No leadership qualities exist in the office. The culture here is to "make the numbers look good at the end of the month" by whatever means necessary. As you can imagine, quality of life in the workplace is not factored into this. Individuality will be disregarded and product quality will be sacrificed first; all just to make that extra dollar. There is no accountability and asking questions will only hurt you. Be expected to be thrown under the bus if anything goes wrong.
