* Benefits (comp, time off, health/welfare, etc.) * Clearly defined and communicated Values & Behaviors * Friendly colleagues * Engaged CEO who spends a lot of time travelling to FLS locations across the globe and meeting with employees at all levels
Cons
* Work / life balance is difficult to achieve when people resources are managed tightly (constantly asked to do more with less) * Executive leadership share messages that have good, thoughtful intentions but as those messages filter down they are ignored or changed and the impact is not felt. No real accountability for Director level and above employees to ensure the organization's vision(s) are being achieved * High level programs being delivered to the manufacturing locations to improve business processes but the impact to the employees working in those locations is that the environment is more stressful and the additional workload is overwhelming
