      Pros

      The people I work with, the benefits, pension, and purpose.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, losing top talent to other companies because HR isn't interested in keeping people. HR is the biggest downside to this company, I guess the definition of "partner" isn't what it seems. Maybe proper documentation would help if HR doesn't want to do their jobs.
