Two Mid level managers from other locations that had not a clue of being manipulated, taken for stupid and doesn't follow procedure when an individual and his puppet is slandering and harassing a worker. An individual that was consumed with the fact that his target made more hourly wage than him, is a lying and pitiful human being that has sunk to the depths of disgraceful. Jekyll and Hyde type. Using anonymity to file a false complaint of a criminal act is nothing but cowardly. The simpleminded embraced it. Pursued it with blinding gullibility. The Good Son effect. An HR Dept that is incapable of performing an extensive investigation seem to not have the skills to align with their bloated credentials. Or just too lazy to use them. Instead they prefer to lie without the sense to consider if it can be revealed as such. Which it can. That fact is ignored because the upper levels are not subjected to accountability. Not very bright for higher educated types. A logical thought process is nonexistent. Their arrogance is limitless. They don't do what is right, or what they should, or even could. They just do whatever absurdity they pull out of their hind end. The bigger the dirtbag you are, the better you are treated. Doing your job well gets you targeted and harassed. Falsified performance postings Being honest or having integrity brings condemnation.
