      Pros

      Competitive pay, if you argue for it. Lenient work environment Do your job, no one will bother you. The amount of people here harness 50+ years of knowledge that you can soak up. Relatively new equipment.

      Cons

      Management changes more frequently than you shower. Your schedule will change more than you shower. If you are a younger employee, prepare to be walked over. No one seems to really care towards the companies goal. People who should be Machine Operators are LVL III Machinists, and vice versa. Seems like you have to know someone to advance at this company.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.

      Pros

      A lot of good people working here.

      Cons

      Outsourcing too much design work to India and running with too little design and engineering staff in Kalamazoo. Quality is really suffering at the expense of speed. Nexus is a really poor PLM system. It has hurt productivity significantly and caused employees immense frustration.
