      The production sites have a strong safety culture.

      Cons

      The design sites seem to view safety as a burden. They could not consistently complete a monthly 30 min online safety training without significant push. Management did not consistently complete the training either.

      Difficulty working in silos across facilities due to systems being different and not integrated into common system upon mergers.
