Stay far far away - Anonymous employee Flowserve Employee Review

This company is by far the worst I have worked for. They sell themselves as a multinational but they are not more than a combination of low quality companies that have been purchased over the years. They operate as if they are stuck in the 60's. Management is a joke - I wouldn't trust them to manage a donut shop. They preach ethics but all they have is a paper program. I dare you to leave a secure job for this company.
