Pros
I was there during the early days when we were working out of closets. With every call, email, conversation... The effort and drive to make people’s lives easier in a tough industry is real. And the CARE was tangible There are other buzzier companies out there in this space. BUT, Flowspace is the real thing
Cons
Internal org structure is messy and too many closed door conversations (in my time at least) made the culture feel political for such a small company.... worries me about what it looks like at scale
