Pros
DBS is a great tool set and forces managers to be accountable for running their business. DBS ensures that strategic and operational issues are surfaced early and that counter measures are taken early. Probably one of the best proactive businesses I've worked for. DBS also provides a great framework for continuous improvement. I learned a lot working here.
Cons
Heavy workload demands. You have to be willing to work long and hard to succeed at Fluke. That fits for some people but not for others. Also, the company is slow to implement systems improvements that would make people more productive.
