Pros
Most of the Fluor management team are super people with vast knowledge, fair mindset, and a joy to work with/for. Pay is usually competitive and adequate.
Cons
Some of the management members on the jobsites are clique oriented, and dictator type vs team oriented. They are closed minded, arrogant, and hard to work for if you are not within their inner circle.
