Pros
Fluor treat their contract people just that same as they treat their staff. They are an open trusting company, and give you the freedom to do your job as you understand it to be done, bearing in mind that you are working within a multi-discipline environment. They also operate a 9 two week period so every second Friday is an 'OFF' day unless work pressure requires overtime to hit targets.
Cons
I have worked for Fluor a number of times in a number of countries, and can say without any fear on contradiction that they are the best company I have worked for. No 'CONS'
