FFPO is a federal contractor and good place to go to retire. It is a top-down driven company and if you do what you are told, and ask no questions you should make it to retirement.

Cons

It is not a place for engaged, creative, and innovative professionals. There is little concern for the workforce and their development, other than minimum training required by the customer, the U.S. Department of Energy. The pay is far below market and annual increases are minimal.

Inexperienced and inept management at every level within budget and cost / finance. Gossip culture. Very unprofessional and compensation/promotions based on who knows the different levels of management best
