Pros
The company culture is wonderful. People are collaborative, open, and genuinely committed to the company's mission of improving the way government and nonprofits do grant-making. Work/life balance is also amazing, and the fully-remote aspect is much appreciated (if you're into working from home)
Cons
Product direction is often beholden to demands from larger clients, and change can be slow. Fluxx is in the process of updating its aging tech stack, which is great, but it's going to be a long time before things are fully modernized, and legacy support will be a big part of any tech-adjacent role at the company. Compensation is very middle of the road, but the company is forthcoming about this and the mission, remote work and unlimited PTO come as tradeoffs.
