Pros
The two glaring pros right away is the work atmosphere and the work life balance. At my previous employer the work atmosphere was toxic, lacked support, and zero encouragement to go above and beyond. At Flynn it is the complete opposite!!! Everyone here is helpful, happy, and excited to work. And I do mean everyone! The company culture, in my opinion, is unmatched from any of my previous employers. What makes Flynn great is that you hear about their culture and how they treat employees, but the difference is that they actually follow through! If you would like a place to work that truly rewards people for their dedication and hard work you have found the right place at Flynn!!!
Cons
The breakroom is a little cold lol. Honestly, there haven't been any cons for me working here. Where I came from previously was full of cons. I can't say the same for Flynn.
