      If you look at all the reviews for Focus Camera, for every bad review, there are at least 2 to 3 amazing reviews that come after. That's because the good reviews are fake. This place is a terrible place to work for many reasons: - You will get verbally abused, talked down to, and micro-managed by the vice president - The way they work internally makes no sense. The vice president is in charge of EVERYTHING so you have to do things his way - The managers are no help. They will do anything to be on the vice president's good side. And that includes throwing you under the bus - There is no room for growth - Expected to get treated like a child because that is how leadership treats people below them - Paychecks are inconsistent. They rob you of your own money - The health insurance is insane. They won't help with any of it so you will be paying a lot for a basic plan There are many other reasons. Bottom line, don't waste your time. Go find a place that will treat you well.

      Glassdoor monitors all reviews and removes reviews they don't believe to be authentic, therefore all reviews you see posted to this site are the true experiences of the individual writing it. Focus Camera significantly subsidizes health insurance premiums to offer affordable plans to our employees. We have also recently switched providers to offer more options with increased coverage at better rates :) Please email Employee Relations with information of any checks you believe have had a payroll inconsistency. We will review and be happy to explain how to read your paystubs. In the unlikely event that there was an inconsistency to Focus's benefit, we will immediately issue a check to rectify the error. We look forward to hearing from you so that we can resolve this matter.

Management trusts you with real responsibility and is supportive when navigating challenges. Great place to build skills across marketplace operations, affiliate marketing, and analytics. Fast-paced and rewarding for someone who wants to make a measurable impact.”
