- The people are the kind of people that you want to hang out with - Managers trust that you are an adult that understands how to manage your time - Foudners are the coolest, nicest people - The offsite / conferences are tons of fun and you learn a lot - Entrepreneurial - Creativity is encouraged - Focus is an environment where you are constantly learning / being challenged

Cons

- Travel can be a lot and oftentimes last minute - Because it's a smaller company, some things are a little more disorganized than a larger corporation - Interview process was long and tiresome

Pros

A fun atmosphere in the offices and great people in all departments. The company feels a bit like a startup since merging and creating this "new" company but it's not overwhelming at all. They are spending money in all the right areas and should be set up for great future success. The benefits are absolutely amazing and the health insurance is super affordable and covers more than any policy I've ever had.

Cons

They seem to be leaning away from WFH. New job postings are primarily by a main office and that seems to be isolating them from a lot of potential new talent.
