Pros
I don't think the person who wrote the last review works at the same company I do. Focus provides a great work environment, promotes from within, free Thai food or pizza every Friday, a well stocked Keurig coffee supply. They also have an excellent benefits package for a small company that includes life partner coverage and starts on day 1. The mgmt does listen to me and has worked with me to see that I reach my potential growth. Did I mention that they have a game room?
Cons
There is a lot of travel which can be hard at times, but they warned me coming into this position.
