Good pay, good work life balance

There are really no longer a lot of things I can think of.

They go from lowering internal pay across the board and laying people off to an hour later demanding you work more even though they just lowered your pay. When leadership is in a bad mood one of the leaders makes sure to share that mood with everyone by berating, threatening and creating a toxic atmosphere checking all of the boxes of what not to do. Many are looking for other positions now. To act like that as a leader is an embarrassment to the role and shows how ineffectual and out of touch with the climate they really are.
