I worked at a Fogelman property in 2021 and 2022. I was let go because “it wasn’t a right fit.” I was an hourly employee that constantly received phone calls after hours, when I was on PTO (once while I was attending a funeral)-now that is a reflection of the property manager -not Fogelman. I do want to note that I was NOT a member of maintenance-so there was no need for after hour calls -unless it was an extreme emergency.
However when I complained to HR via email there was no response. I worked in property management for over 11 years and have never worked for a company that doesn’t respond to concerns.
