Very organized but... - Bartender Food Fight Employee Review

7-8 hours with no breaks for eating makes this job (bartending or serving) difficult over time. At first it is OK, you drink a bunch of coffee and power through- but over time it takes a huge toll on your health. Management (middle management mostly) lacks empathy and over all decency towards employees. Perhaps this is due to the stressful nature of the position, in which case I think Food Fight should give their managers more days off. I tried to be understanding but in the end I had to quit. It was no longer worth the "fun" or the money.
