Straight Forward Retail. Decent enough Benifits. PTO is generous when reaching 5+ years of continuous employment.
Cons
Very little middle ground for upper Full Time employees, vacations get overlooked for certain positions. Delegation nightmare. Training is non existent, you're thrown into trial by fire but expected to have assignments completed. Extremely political enviornment with slightly shady practices for delegating salaried management, knowing the right people can be key to survival. Bottom line employee resources needs revamping 15 years ago, definitely behind when it comes to modern logistics, open door policy is a joke, never enough time to get ahead on assignments. If you haven't started, DON'T.
