Pros
It's a decent entry level job, they hire with little experience. Management is friendly at first, and as a stocker they allowed me to be rather independent.
Cons
When I started working there I gave them my working availability, and they acknowledged it and were okay with it, and said it was acceptable. Over time, they became more and more dissatisfied with my need to adhere to these guidelines and would in turn begin to cut my hours during time I was available because I could not stay late. I never had more than one day in a row off, no vacation, no sick days, no benefits, no insurance. When costs have to be cut, you are expected to get more work done in lest time, putting a ton of stress on employees across the board. Very poor training of new employees from management. The pay is very low compared to other similar retail supermarkets.
