I had to leave because of lack of teamwork, immature work ethic, miscommunication, low morale, unfriendly work environment, lack of growth, 16 hours days, etc! For about 2 years I've endured a great amount of negativity and hostility. I've watched people become bitter and drained from this mundane job. One will stop learning new things in about 6 months and then everything will become redundant. Promotions only occur when someone quits or gets fired. Management promotions do not make sense. The newly hired supervisor is inexperienced and seems to have personal vendettas against her old coworkers and hires personal friends that quit withing a couple months.
You will be stuck in a rut if you decide to make FSNS a career. Pay is not too great but someone has to do it, just hope its another person.
