Cons
Work with fresh and underqualified grads. Pay is below market and industry standards. Benefits are cut every year, which include high deductible health insurance you'll never use (they pay 35% as employers). Turnover is so high, you will meet a new face every month. In my time there, management was gone 91% of the time. Company training is nonexistant, except in few locations. I believe the trainer was shared company wide and with a high turnover, it will take months to be "officially" trained. Got a question? Keep it to yourself or face the wrath of your computer boss. I don't know if it's location specific, but we knew when all our samples were arriving, yet would be barebone staffed when they would arrive. Many times I would see people looking for something to do and then they would be leaving when shipments come in. It is like sending your wait staff home at 10:45 in a lunch restaurant. We were not allowed overtime and forced to take extra breaks.
