Pros
The work we do is extremely satisfying and crucial to consumers. As employees, we are able to make a difference while providing a great service. FSNS provides great growth opportunities and is growing rapidly. If you're willing to put in the work, you will not go unnoticed. The company also assists with tuition reimbursement which is a great incentive to take advantage of!
Cons
Schedules can be inconsistent due to customers providing last minute notice. But, this provides great opportunity for overtime!
