Terrible management, and overall not great place to work at. Only reason I'm still working here is because I'm waiting for another job opportunity. If you're fresh out of college, look into other opportunities instead before you end up having to work for an awful place like this. You're likely to get hired here since they really need people.
You get no official training, and you're demanded to start complex work right away. If you're looking for lab experience, this place isn't ideal.
You pretty much have to stay really late all the time because there's a lot of work, and people seem to get mad if you don't help out, even though it's way past the end of your shift. On that note, people are immature, unprofessional, and rude. You get looked down upon for not doing things the right way, but you're never officially trained.
Beware of the 4-5 star ratings as employees are encouraged to write good reviews, but trust me when I say, this place is just awful! Don't get stuck having to work here.
