I appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns forward, however this venue will not be the best way to solve them. Being in San Antonio, gives you a unique opportunity to walk over and talk with any member of the leadership team to help you address issues - this is our Open Door Policy. In regard to your comments regarding HR, I would welcome the opportunity to address those personally. Please give me a call, stop by and talk with a member of the HR team and/or I will schedule time with you accordingly. Much of what you have stated is inaccurate and a discussion can probably clear much of this up. We work hard to provide opportunities for training, growth and development for all employees. Our goal is to create a culture where our employees are happy, engaged and appreciated.
