This place is the epitome of a blown up gas station toilet bowl. Lowest pay I have been been given for the amount of schooling I have and lab experience. And I have a masters and 5 years of lab experience and still started out as a lowly login tech for $11 an hour. And after being here for two years I’m barely making $14. Benefits are grotesque, they’re literally taking just little over half my paycheck to give just myself health, eye, and dental insurance. Im working 55-60 hours a week with no lunches due to not enough ppl scheduled to work due to the amount of favorites who get to work only the minimum morning shifts and get off early. Management is a joke as they do not know what they heck they are doing and do not help out when their “team” is drowning in the hundreds and hundreds of client samples that come in when there is only two ppl scheduled in main lab. We re not allowed to leave until every single one of those samples are pushed into the incubator.
