FSNS affords all employees all types of feedback vehicles – accessibility to all organization leaders, an Open Door Policy, Stay Interviews, Team Meetings, Confidential Hotline, etc. We listen, continue to make change, are in-process on a number of new hires and working to identify and assist high performing employees to move up in the organization. Financial rewards come with hard work, training and accepting promotional opportunities – we announce promotions of talented employees almost daily. It doesn’t matter what year your graduated from High School or college – to include your 1970s graduation year.
