Pros
Relaxed, professional environment. Easy to learn routines and procedures. The media department is some of the best people to meet. Extra time for lunch to accommodate longer drives to fast food and stores.
Cons
People would smoke MJ out back (and would sneak in clean urine) Raises were ignored and had to be asked many times for many of the employees. Starting pay is really low for people who have a BS in a related biology degree.
