-Extremely low pay. Raises in cents not dollars -Extremely disorganized environment. Different departments are not aware of what other departments are doing. Poor communication all around -Old and run down equipment that constantly breaks down and causes backups and delays -Whole reporting system very outdated and disorganized. Causes confusion and misplacement -Last year's Christmas bonus was a $50 Visa gift card..... -Very dirty place. Labs are extremely dirty and so is the break room. Company hires out for a cleaning crew that does the bare minimum -Very little PTO. Poor benefits. Punitive actions when calling out/taking sick days - call out 4 times a year and you get terminated -Parking lot tight and very small. Always a pain finding a spot
