There are some really good people there that work hard.

Cons

C-level members that care more about their egos, doing it "their way" or combing their hair more than they do actually helping the food industry. There is actually ZERO food safety or food industry experience in the company and that is a glaring wart that all food companies can see easily.

I truly enjoyed working with my fellow team members, some of the best co-workers I have had in my professional career. They were bright and committed to FoodLogiQ's mission. The company has a lot of potential. It was nice to work on a product that can have such a positive impact.

Cons

Unfortunately, pretty much the entire executive team is incompetent and completely myopic in their strategic initiatives and management. It has caused many talented, committed employees to run for the hills. They seem to be more concerned with their title and image than their employees' morale and long-term growth of the company. It is sad to see a company destroyed by a few megalomaniacs that do not have the experience or talent to hold the positions they have, and keep it through deception, bullying, and delusion.
