Pros

Colleagues are absolutely amazing and the nicest people you will meet and have great intentions. Rating just my colleagues it would be five stars hands down. Besides that I guess pay checks are on time twice a month is a pro?

Cons

The company has no idea what it is doing from any standpoint. Lots of great stories are being told to employees that are unfortunately less then truthful. They let go of talented team members from all departments recently and it has just been going downhill since then. The company has zero direction and does not know what they want to do. Corporate direction is constantly changing and there is no sense of team work here. The industry standard is for 70% of startups to fail and sadly FoodLogiQ will certainly be in that 70%. They will either be bought up for pennies on the dollar or just completely fold and go out of business sooner then later.

Pros

I truly enjoyed working with my fellow team members, some of the best co-workers I have had in my professional career. They were bright and committed to FoodLogiQ's mission. The company has a lot of potential. It was nice to work on a product that can have such a positive impact.

Cons

Unfortunately, pretty much the entire executive team is incompetent and completely myopic in their strategic initiatives and management. It has caused many talented, committed employees to run for the hills. They seem to be more concerned with their title and image than their employees' morale and long-term growth of the company. It is sad to see a company destroyed by a few megalomaniacs that do not have the experience or talent to hold the positions they have, and keep it through deception, bullying, and delusion.
