- Coworkers are awesome - Transparent CEO - Get to learn a lot in a short time - Good health/dental benefits

Cons

- Mid to Senior level positions do not provide competitive salaries, relative to the industry/location we are in. - Quarterly releases make estimating the workload a challenge, and this leads to working harder than anticipated on a regular basis. - Reactive road map. A lot of "one off stories" to keep a single client happy, and very few forward thinking features that has the industry as a whole in mind.

I truly enjoyed working with my fellow team members, some of the best co-workers I have had in my professional career. They were bright and committed to FoodLogiQ's mission. The company has a lot of potential. It was nice to work on a product that can have such a positive impact.

Cons

Unfortunately, pretty much the entire executive team is incompetent and completely myopic in their strategic initiatives and management. It has caused many talented, committed employees to run for the hills. They seem to be more concerned with their title and image than their employees' morale and long-term growth of the company. It is sad to see a company destroyed by a few megalomaniacs that do not have the experience or talent to hold the positions they have, and keep it through deception, bullying, and delusion.
