Pros
The company pays on time and sponsors 2 team trips per year. A majority of coworkers are in dev or support positions, and I find they are always willing to help me with questions in my role. Generally, I see smiles exchanged between co-workers, and I don't feel micromanaged. Another benefit is that I never work extra hours.
Cons
For being a tech company, I am surprised how reluctant the management team is to try new software. They appear to have a more conservative approach to growth. Slow and steady wins the race.
