Nice working environment. Social and organized place. Outdoor & indoor activities and parties for employees. Great colleagues who you can learn a lot from. Flexible working hours with respect to work-life balance for the most part.

Cons

Hard to adopt new processes and technologies. Limited teamwork. Even though teams exist, most of your tasks are decided by the management. Hard to get a promotion and / or pay rise.
