None, really. Maybe to be an angel (like a religious savior) and help those who are battered and abused in the hostile work environment.
Cons
You will be yelled at no matter what you do. CEO is ruthless and most unprofessional. No pathway to a career or development. No training, No systems or processes. No manuals. There is no team environment. You are a mule for owner benefit. Do not put yourself through this agony work environment. No product demonstration to buy into and feel good about the company's product. It's a job where you look at the clock and can't wait to get out of there. You will dedicate yourself with no rewards by any means (monetary and non-monetary)
