Easy to cooperate with colleagues and management Managements supports you to learn, expand your knowledge and take initiatives. Management helped me in a lot of things. It's a nice environment to grow as a professional and take responsibility for projects, initiatives are encouraged.

Cons

Salary could be a bit higher but they offer a good starting salary.
