Pros

1 hour lunch, limited oversight during work hours.

Cons

Leadership continued to move goalposts for projects making success difficult and burnout high. Uses the term "family" to describe relationship between workers and job. Pay was less than advertised despite being over qualified for position. Job responsibilities grow over time, especially if proven useful. Leadership does not trust professional employee assessments because they themselves don't know how to perform employee jobs and assume the employees also don't know what they're doing. Leadership wants high morale but doesn't listen to employee needs or concerns.

Pros

Love the product we make, closeness with other employees, new HR team is much better with communication and working towards boosting morale! Holiday lunches, good amount of paid holidays off, option for free insurance if you do the workout program.

Cons

No clear (or realistic) vision or expectations from leadership, causing confusion and poor decision making that effects every aspect of the company.
