Pros

Pay is above average for the area

Cons

Pay is not worth the stress, abuse, and confusion. You are only beneficial if you are a "yes man" and are willing to give up work life balance to "be a team player". Expectations are to work outside of core business hours while repeating projects constantly because leadership will not strategize or agree. If you have kids, family with health issues, or a personal life you will be looked down upon. Expect to be told you're doing a great job and then randomly demoted because you are "failing" in the same week, all while management refuses to listen to suggestions while also hiring an agency to tell them the exact same things. There is no support and departments are horribly understaffed due to the toxic work environment and random mass firings of employees that have been with the company for 10+ years. "Re-organization" is a common excuse to firings and demotions. There is no plan except to make as much money as possible to fund leadership's lifestyle.

Pros

1 hour lunch, limited oversight during work hours.

Cons

Leadership continued to move goalposts for projects making success difficult and burnout high. Uses the term "family" to describe relationship between workers and job. Pay was less than advertised despite being over qualified for position. Job responsibilities grow over time, especially if proven useful. Leadership does not trust professional employee assessments because they themselves don't know how to perform employee jobs and assume the employees also don't know what they're doing. Leadership wants high morale but doesn't listen to employee needs or concerns.
