- Depending on the store, management is super chill - It's as if Footlocker only hire employees with certain characteristics as co-workers are all friendly. Nothing of bad behaviour and what-not. - Trying to meet KPI's are fun as it gives you something to work for
Cons
- Fewer Hours as a casual employee - POS systems are old and inefficient
