The discount is always a pro, employees could be a pro, get 50% off 2x out of the year.
Cons
Pays really low you definitely dont make enough for all the drama you have to deal with, or all of the paperwork tech is super low grade..my grandma would love the tech. Also, you are worked like a slave. Also, store managers dont get paid for over 45 hrs, and they are expected to work anywhere between 50-60 per week, its a bit ridiculous
