      Pros

      (My review is based on being w/ the Company 10 yrs, with 5 of those years as a SM) Solid corporate leadership and focus on key goals makes and keeps FL as the leader in athletic retail. Good benefits package, which includes getting great rates w/ Metlife Auto.

      Cons

      Minimal work/life balance. Difficult to navigate frm the store management role to a Corporate role (and that's with all the right qualifications etc). Salary increases are on a weird scale that I was unable to decipher during my time as a SM and were based on tiers not just beating sales for the previous year.

Excellent product perks, including an employee discount across all banners (Foot Locker, Champs, Kids Foot Locker). The corporate dress code is casual and sneaker-friendly. Internal Mobility: Because of the massive global corporate footprint, there are clear paths to transition across different departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Tech, Finance, Merchandising) along with tuition reimbursement opportunities.

      In efforts to streamline costs, optimize the store fleet, and fund digital growth, the company has historically undergone structural realignments, corporate relocations, or localized layoffs, which can impact team morale and workload distribution.
